Thaddyeus and Alfra took all the stress out of the selling and buying process! It wasn't our first rodeo with purchasing a home, however, we'd never sold one before. Initially we tried to do "for sale by owner". It was a bit overwhelming trying to buy a new home contingent on the sell of your old one! They took the reins and we felt the stress disappear.
