She was so professional and helpful with our concern needs on becoming a first time Homeowner. She listen very attentively. Mrs. Mary Flournoy could be my agent for everything now and future. I recommend her to anyone that's looking for there very first forever home. Word of mouth has been pasted on by me to 12 people so far. We were very pleased with all of Mary's work. She put together an inviting online listing, highlighting our house's best features in her description and pairing that with the photographer's beautiful pictures. She kept us up to date on feedback from viewings, and guided us through a second negotiation process after the first contracted buyers unexpectedly backed out of that contract. As we've moved out of state, she coordinated all the repairs requested by the second buyers, and represented us at the closing to get us over the finish line. Her courtesy and professionalism throughout were greatly appreciated!

I cannot say enough Great things about Mary! As a new homebuyer, I went into this very apprehensive and having a lot of questions, but Mary walked me through each step and made sure. I understand everything that was going on and was happy to answer all the questions that I had even if she didn't have the answer right away, she made sure to get the answer for me. I know this was all supposed to be a business transaction, but Mary truly made me feel like I was a relative or family member on how she treated me.
