When I was ready to sell my house I really didn't know where to start. I saw Mrs. Mary's sign at a house down the street from mine. I got her number and gave her a call. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive but it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. We met at my house for a walk around and after meeting her I felt like we had known each other for quite some time. She explained everything about the process clearly and consisly. She immediately got to work and shortly after posting the house we received an offer. Mrs. Mary was very knowledgeable and professional during the process. She kept me informed at all times by phone, texts or email. Since I had moved to north Louisiana and am 2 hours away, we were able to take care of a lot of the paperwork electronically. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier. This is the first time in my 73 years that I've had to use a realtor and I am so grateful to have found Mrs. Mary. Both my wife and I feel like we have a new friend. As I said, Best decision I made!!

She kept us up to date on feedback from viewings, and guided us through a second negotiation process after the first contracted buyers unexpectedly backed out of that contract. As we've moved out of state, she coordinated all the repairs requested by the second buyers, and represented us at the closing to get us over the finish line. Her courtesy and professionalism throughout were greatly appreciated!
