Thaddyeus and Alfra took all the stress out of the selling and buying process! It wasn't our first rodeo with purchasing a home, however, we'd never sold one before. Initially we tried to do "for sale by owner". It was a bit overwhelming trying to buy a new home contingent on the sell of your old one! They took the reins and we felt the stress disappear. They made the whole process seamless and we are forever grateful for their help.

I have known Buck for about a decade, always was the real deal. We stumbled upon a piece of land one day and I saw he was the an agent for the property, gave him a call not knowing he was in the business. He hadn't changed since college, still the same honest straight forward guy. He made it super easy from start to finish. We are already working together on another piece 2 days after our last close.
